Winter  Rates  -  Dec 15 – Apr 15

2 - 4* people @ $475/night = $3,325/week-upper level

5 -  6* people @ $550/night = $3,850/week-both levels

Summer  Rates  -  Apr 16 – Dec 14

2 - 4* people @ $325/night = $2,275/week-upper level

5 -  6* people @ $400/night = $2,800/week-both levels

* Plus an additional charge of $ 25/night/person over 4 or 6 people

 

 

A 10% Discount is available for each additional night over 7 nights,

September bookings and bookings made within 30 days of arrival.

 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

 

 

There is also a $35.00 booking fee, an 8 % Virgin Islands Hotel Tax

and a $1 per night V. I. Hotel Association Voluntary Assessment.

Dates with a * after the date indicates the party is arriving after the check-in time of 3:00 p.m. and those with a * before the date indicates the party is leaving by the 10:00 a.m. check-out time.  Dates with * * indicates parties arriving and departing same day.
